Let’s face it, returns can be a bit of a nuisance. You’ve ordered something, and now you’ve got to send it back. Yawn. But don’t panic, here at Tulldent we’ve worked hard to ensure this process is as seamless as possible.

RETURN POLICY

Our dedicated quality control and quality assurance teams check your items before shipping. Our product quality is guaranteed. However, you need to check your size carefully and carefully before buying. Please note the size tables on the product page.

If you are not satisfied with the items received, we can easily arrange an exchange or refund for you. We are here to help! Please send us an email to: sales@toekeeper.com if you have any problems with your order!

 

HOW TO REACH US

Contact us at sales@toekeeper.com  and describe the problem in detail, including the reason for the return, along with your order number. For defective, wrong or not as described items please send us a clear picture or video of the problem.

 

OUR SOLUTIONS

Tulldent Responsibility:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item,our company is responsible for the problem, we will allow it to be returned to our warehouse for a refund or exchange.

As soon as we receive the item, we will fully refund the original product price and its shipping or send a replacement free of charge at our expense. This solution is only available if Tulldent is responsible for shipping the wrong item / size.

Customer responsibility:

1. Wrong order (size of the item)

If the customer has ordered the wrong size or the wrong product, we can also allow a return. In this case:

(1) If you need to exchange your shoes for a new style/size you will need to include a note indicating your new style's code #/size and either your original order number or the first and last name on the credit card that was used to make the purchase.For an exchange, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs that he sends back to us. the customer take on the shipping costs for shipping a replacement shoe.

(2) For the reimbursement, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs that he sends back to us. and we deduct a flat processing fee of USD 6.99 per pair of shoes when we refund any customer. (If the order contains additional freight, the freight will not be refunded.)

NOTE: The shoes can only be returned within 30 days of delivery. After we have made a return agreement, please send us a return label within 7 working days. We do not accept returns for more than 7 working days.

2. Unwanted item

If the customer decides that they no longer want the item or just want to exchange it, they can report it to us for a part within 30 days of receiving the product and we will try to find the appropriate solution for you. In this case, once we both agree to the refund, the customer is responsible for the shipping fee that they will send back to us, and we will deduct a flat processing fee of USD 6.99 per pair of shoes when we refund each customer.


NOTE: The shoes can only be returned within 30 days of delivery.

 

ADDITIONAL GUARANTEE INFORMATION

We do not accept unpaid express delivery .SHIPPING COST ARE EXCLUDED FROM RETURNS.Return shipping costs are at customer‘s charge. Tulldent doesn't provide prepaid shipping Lables.

Please email to sales@toekeeper.com  for return authorization number prior to sending any product back to tulldentshoes.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

All returned Item(s) must not been damaged, washed, altered or worn. Keep it free of stains and signs of wear. All labels must still be attached to return the goods.Item(s) cannot be returned if the care label has been cut/removed. We recommend trying on your shoes in a carpeted area to ensure there will be no wear on the sole in case of improper fit.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

 

COMPENSATION TIME FRAME

For returned items or items for exchange, we need 3-6 working days after receiving your items to process the solution.

After this time, the refund period is as follows:

1.PayPal Account Refund: Up to 48 hours
2.Credit Card refund
Generally,the refund amount will reach the account within 1-8 business days.If you haven't received a refund yet.First check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company,it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next,contact your bank.there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

CANCEL ORDER

We will sent your item as soon as it’s ordered. There isn’t a delay that allows us time to cancel or change orders once they’re submitted.
We apologize for any inconvenience. If you need to make changes/get refund, please wait to receive your order and make any returns at that time.

 

POP-UP STORE RETURNS POLICY

Any items purchased from a tulldentshoes.com event (i.e. pop-up store) cannot be returned for a cash refund. Store credit will be issued for the full amount.
